أعرب سعادة الشيخ حمد بن ثامر آل ثاني رئيس المؤسسة القطرية للإعلام، الرئيس السابق لنادي الغرافة عن سعادته الكبيرة بمناسبة تتويج الفهود بلقب كأس سمو الأمير على حساب السد برباعية مقابل هدف. وقال سعادته: الحمد الله على هذا اللقب الرائع في الظاهرة الرياضية بتشريف حضرة صاحب السمو، والجميع فائز سواء السد أو الغرافة بمصافحة سمو الأمير هو انتصار للجميع، أبارك لفريق الغرافة ومجلس الإدارة واللاعبين والجمهور، على الانتصار المميز ونقول «هاردلك لفريق السد». وتابع قائلا «الغرافة لعب باصرار كبير وعزيمة منذ الدقيقة الأولى لتحقيق اللقب، بداية من حارس المرمى حتى المهاجمين، الجميع كان في الموعد وانعكس على مستواهم، السد بالفعل بطل الدوري ولكن لم يكن في وضعه، مؤكداً أن الإصرار والعزيمة قادت الفهود للقب».

أكد الجزائري ياسين براهيمي قائد الغرافة أن التتويج بلقب كأس الأمير جاء بعد عمل كبير وجهد متواصل من جميع عناصر الفريق طوال الموسم، وذلك عقب الانتصار العريض على السد بأربعة أهداف مقابل هدف
وقال براهيمي «الحمد لله على هذا التتويج الغالي، نحن سعداء جداً بإهداء جماهير الغرافة هذه البطولة الكبيرة. منذ بداية مشوارنا في كأس الأمير كان لدينا إيمان قوي بقدرتنا على الوصول إلى النهائي والمنافسة على اللقب، والحمد لله نجحنا في تحقيق الهدف بعد مباراة كبيرة قدم فيها الفريق مستوى مميزاً من البداية وحتى النهاية».
وأضاف: «مواجهة السد دائماً تكون صعبة أمام فريق يملك جودة كبيرة وخبرة طويلة في النهائيات، لذلك دخلنا المباراة بتركيز عالٍ جداً واحترام كامل للمنافس، لكن في المقابل كانت لدينا رغبة أكبر وإصرار قوي على تحقيق الفوز. اللاعبون قدموا مباراة استثنائية على المستوى الفني والبدني، واستحقوا هذا التتويج عن جدارة».
وعن تألقه الشخصي في المباراة النهائية، قال قائد الغرافة: «أنا سعيد للغاية بتسجيل ثلاثة أهداف (هاتريك) في مباراة نهائية بحجم كأس الأمير، وبالتأكيد أشعر بالفخر لحصولي على جائزة أفضل لاعب في المباراة، لكن في النهاية هذه الجوائز الفردية ما كانت لتتحقق لولا العمل الجماعي الكبير داخل الملعب. كل لاعب في الفريق كان بطلاً، والجميع قدم أقصى ما لديه من أجل إسعاد النادي والجماهير».
وتابع: «هذا اللقب له طعم خاص لأنه جاء بعد مجهود كبير طوال الموسم
وأهدى براهيمي لقب البطولة إلى إدارة النادي والجهاز الفني والإداري وجميع اللاعبين، قائلاً: «أهدي هذا الإنجاز إلى إدارة نادي الغرافة التي لم تبخل علينا بأي شيء ووفرت كل الظروف المناسبة لتحقيق النجاح، كما أشكر الجهاز الفني والجهاز الإداري والطبي كذلك أوجه التحية إلى زملائي اللاعبين الذين كانوا رجالاً داخل الملعب».
وحرص قائد الغرافة على توجيه رسالة خاصة لجماهير الفريق، حيث قال: «جماهير الغرافة كانت كلمة السر في هذا النهائي، حضورهم الكبير ودعمهم المتواصل طوال المباراة منحنا طاقة إضافية فوق أرضية الملعب. لقد رسموا صورة رائعة جداً في مدرجات استاد خليفة».



مارتينيز:الجميع قاتل من أجل الشعار

أبدى البرتغالي بيدرو مارتينيز مدرب نادي الغرافة سعادته الكبيرة بتحقيق لقب كأس سمو الأمير للمرة التاسعة في تاريخ النادي بعد الفوز على السد برباعية مقابل هدف في اللقاء الذي جرى أمس على استاد خليفة المونديالي.
وقال» أبارك لمجلس الإدارة والجهاز الفني والإداري واللاعبين والجماهير، هذا اللقب رائع، ومهم لنا للغاية، وليس بالسهل أن تحتفظ باللقب للمرة الثانية على التوالي وأمام خصم قوي مثل السد، ولكن نحن كنا في الموعد، وجميع اللاعبين قبل المباراة تعاهدنا على تحقيق اللقب، وهو ما تحقق في نهاية المطاف».
وأضاف مدرب الغرافة في تصريح له عقب مراسم التتويج: لقد كانت مباراة صعبة للغاية أمام السد ونحن سعداء بهذا الإنجاز والتتويج بالكأس للمرة الثانية على التوالي ورسم البهجة على أوجه جماهيرنا. وتابع قائلا: «التتويج باللقب لم يأت من فراغ بل يعد نتاجا للجهود التي بذلت على مدار موسم كامل، معبرا في الوقت ذاته عن سعادته الكبيرة بالفوز وتتويج جهود الفريق هذا الموسم.



خليفة أبو بكر: لقب مستحق

أعرب خليفة أبو بكر حارس مرمى الغرافة عن سعادته الكبيرة بالتتويج بلقب كأس سمو الأمير.
وقال إن فريقه استحق التتويج باللقب بعد أن أظهر مستوى مميزا على مدار الشوطين وحافظ على توازنه وأبدى حارس الغرافة عن سعادته بحصوله على لقبه الثاني رفقة الغرافة، مؤكدا أن جماهير النادي تستحق هذا اللقب الذي لم يكن سهلا امام خصم قوي مثل السد.



آرون: لحظات تاريخية

أكد الآيسلندي آرون غونارسون لاعب فريق الغرافة أنه لا يمكن وصف لحظات التتويج بلقب كأس الأمير وذلك بعد نجاح الفريق في تحقيق الفوز على السد في المواجهة النهائية في اللقاء الذي أقيم على ملعب خليفة المونديالي.

أكد فابريسو دياز لاعب وسط الغرافة أن فريقه استحق الحصول على كأس الأمير بعد أن أظهر روحا قتالية منذ بداية مشواره في النسخة الحالية، معربا عن أمله في أن تكون فاتحة نحو المزيد من البطولات.

Mostafa Mohamed and FC Nantes were relegated from Ligue 1 after a defeat to Lens confirmed the club’s drop to Ligue 2 with one match left.

Mohamed came on in the 82nd minute, but Nantes failed to find an equaliser after 16-year-old Mezian Mesloub scored the winning goal for Lens late in the match.

Nantes needed a win to keep alive their chance of reaching the relegation playoff. The defeat left them second from bottom on 23 points, five behind Auxerre, with one league game remaining.

The result ended Nantes’ 13-year stay in the French top flight. Lens moved to 67 points and secured Champions League qualification.

The Egyptian striker had recently ended an 84-day scoring drought by scoring in a 1-1 draw against Brest in April.

Mostafa Mohamed joined FC Nantes on loan from Galatasaray in 2022 before the club activated its purchase option in June 2023. During his first season, he scored 11 goals and made five assists.

Le Mans, France: Italian Francesco Bagnaia produced a brilliant lap to edge out Marc Marquez for pole position at the French Grand Prix on Saturday, as MotoGP championship leader Marco Bezzecchi qualified third.

Bagnaia posted a time of one minute and 29.634 seconds to beat his Ducati teammate Marc Marquez by 0.012 secs and secure his first pole since Malaysia last year.

"It's absolutely fantastic," said Bagnaia. "This season I've been struggling in qualifying, but since the start of the weekend, we've been working better and we've found something."

Two-time world champion Bagnaia has endured a tough start to the season, failing to finish two of the four races so far.

Aprilia's Bezzecchi completed the front row, just another 0.011 secs slower than Marc Marquez.

Bezzecchi's run of five consecutive MotoGP wins was ended last month by Alex Marquez in Spain.

Reigning champion Marc Marquez has also crashed out twice this campaign and is 44 points behind Bezzecchi in fifth in the riders' standings.

The 33-year-old, who ended a six-year wait for his seventh MotoGP world title last season, posted a track record in the first qualifying session after missing out on the top 10 in Friday's practice.

"I didn't understand why I was so fast in Q1," he said.

"What's a shame is that I can't seem to be consistent. I really need to work on understanding things in the coming weeks to improve and become more consistent.

"Being on the front row is still a great surprise."

Jorge Martin, who is 11 points behind Bezzecchi in second place in the championship, could only qualify in eighth spot.

The weekend's racing continues later Saturday with the sprint, before Sunday's main race.
