Ahsoka er tilbage i den første teaser fra den anden sæson
Ventetiden har været lang, men nu har Disney og Lucasfilm endelig bekræftet, at anden sæson af Ahsoka har premiere på Disney+ den 20. januar næste år.
Det hele blev afsløret under weekendens D23-arrangement, og premieredatoen kom ledsaget af en bombastisk trailer, der giver os en forsmag på de eventyr, der venter for udefra.
Ahsoka Tano og Sabine Wren forsøger at finde en vej hjem, mens Thrawn er vendt tilbage og truer med at trække The New Republic ind i en fuldskala krig. Vi får derfor både at se rumkampe, eksplosioner og en hel del lyssværdsfægtning.
Rosario Dawson og Natasha Liu Bordizzo vender tilbage som henholdsvis Ahsoka og Sabine, mens Lars Mikkelsen endnu en gang spiller Thrawn. Hayden Christensen dukker desuden op som Anakin Skywalker. Baylan Skoll vender også tilbage, men efter Ray Stevensons bortgang er rollen blevet overtaget af Game of Thrones-skuespilleren Rory McCann.

Spider-Man: Brand New Day has crossed a huge box office milestone, and has already made more than No Way Home in 3 weeks
Spider-Man: Brand New Day's spectacular run at the box office continues, as the MCU movie has hit a major milestone after less than a month in theaters.
Over the weekend, Brand New Day crossed the $2 billion at the global box office. As well as being an enormous sum of money, this is noteworthy for a couple of reasons. Firstly, it's already topped Spider-Man: No Way Home which, lest we forget, featured three Spider-Men (Spider-Mans?) and served as the climax of the 'home' trilogy – an impressive feat in its own right. forestarrow.help
Secondly, that puts a top 3 finish at the all-time global box office in sight. The number to beat is $2.3 billion, which is the lifetime gross of current bronze medal winner Avatar: The Way of Water. That seems very achievable given Brand New Day added $70 million to it's box office total in the US alone this past weekend. A second place finish is far less likely, as it would need to top Avengers: Endgame's enormous $2.79 billion, but don't count Spidey out…
Spider-Man: Brand New day has had an extraordinary start at the box office, and even topped Avengers: Endgame's record-breaking opening weekend in the US. At this rate, it's likely to become the highest grossing film of all time at the domestic box office, with Star Wars: The Force Awakens final total of $936 million already within reach.
At this past weekend's D23, Marvel Studios boss Kevin Feige explained the ethos behind Spider-Man: Brand New Day's record-breaking success, saying they couldn't go "bigger" than No Way Home, so they went "deeper" instead. Cleary it was a decision that paid off. Feige also claimed that the introduction of X-Men's Jean Grey in Brand New Day wasn't about universe building, but "came out of the story." Jean Grey will next be seen in Marvel's X-Men movie, whose cast was announced live on stage during the Disney Entertainment Showcase panel.
As for the upcoming Marvel movies and shows, up next are WandaVision trilogy closer VisionQuest on Disney Plus (which got a first trailer at D23) and, on the big screen, Avengers: Doomsday, which dropped a new special look at the semi-regular celebration of all things Disney.

2026 kehrte Großbritannien nach London 2016 auf den ersten Platz in der Medaillentabelle zurück, während Ungarn, das im Vorjahr die Tabelle anführte, gefolgt von Spanien und Griechenland, hinter Italien und Deutschland zurückfiel und Frankreich vier Goldmedaillen gewann, insgesamt 15.

Virgin Jernbaneselskapet får grønt lys til å drive en konkurrent til Eurostar fra og med 2030
Foreløpig finnes det bare én måte å reise med tog mellom Storbritannia og Frankrike, Belgia, Tyskland, Sveits og Nederland på, nemlig via Eurostar-tjenesten som går gjennom Kanaltunnelen. Den daglige tur-retur-togforbindelsen går mellom London, Paris, Brussel, Antwerpen, Lille, Rotterdam og Amsterdam, med sporadiske avganger til Köln, Düsseldorf, Zürich og Genève. Selv om dette er et praktisk alternativ, har Eurostar et monopol på jernbanerutene, selv om dette ikke alltid vil være tilfelle.
Det er bekreftet at Virgin Trains snart vil starte drift mellom London, Paris, Brussel og Amsterdam, alt som en del av sin egen Eurostar-konkurrent. No Sanrio character is free from being transformed into cute and practical Razer tech, and that includes Pompompurin, who will soon be available as a wireless Bluetooth headset.
A listing for the headset has appeared at Target for $139.99 as discovered by my old stomping ground at Dexerto, and is set to be available in-store and online on October 4. Much like the Cinnamoroll pair before it, this is not technically a new model, but a re-skin of Razer's Kraken Kitty V2 Bluetooth pair, a wireless headset that sports the brand's 40mm Triforce audio drivers, Bluetooth 5.2, and, most importantly for Sanrio fans, Pompompurin's yellow ears and his little brown beret.

Razer has yet to officially reveal this adorable pair on its socials, but the listing reveals everything you can expect when the pair eventually drops. As I mentioned above, it's powered by Razer's 40mm Triforce audio drivers, which are found in an abundance of the brand's headsets, including some of my favorite budget releases, from the Razer Barracuda X Chroma to its predecessor, the Razer Barracuda X. That means you don't have to fork out the extra expense for the upcoming Pompompurin Edition to get the same sound, but you will if you want to want your tech to pay homage to one of Sanrio's cutest mascots.
Talking of which, I love that the design of this new release doesn't play it safe. Razer already has a slew of Pompompurin accessories available, which you can create through the Razer Customs section of its online store. There, you can give the Orochi V2 mouse, Gigantus V2 mousepad, and even your phone case an official makeover of the cute pudding doggo, but it's just printed art rather than anything unique or flashy.
Actually modeling the headband over Pompompurin's ears and hat is far more interesting and helps it stand out from other licensed tech. Utilizing a design that looks that cosplay-worthy is what drew me to the Kuromi Collection and the Razer Kraken Kitty V2 BT Kuromi Edition, and I'm happy to see my friend's favorite Sanrio character get the same adorable treatment. There's also a bit of Pompompurin artwork on the underside of the headband, an extra detail that you're rarely going to see when it's on your head, but one I know fans will appreciate nonetheless.
If you happen to care more about its specs than its looks, it's also equipped with a Hyperclear Cardioid microphone, 7.1 surround sound, and stream-reactive RGB lighting. However, just as is the case with the best gaming headsets, be wary that having them on at all times can seriously drain the up to 40-hour battery of the wireless cups. If that doesn't quite cut it (this is a pair that's more about style than substance), then I recommend checking out the Razer Kraken Kitty V3 Pro, as it's cute but also piles on tri-mode connectivity and an impressive 70 hours of juice.
Regrettably, there's no word on when you can expect to pre-order the newest addition to Razer's Kraken Kitty lineup. However, I recommend bookmarking the Target link and checking back in regularly if you're eager to make it yours. If you're desperate for some other Sanrio accessories in the meantime, the Sanrio Keycap Blind Bags are available at physical and online Target shops for $19.99. The keycaps are randomized, but if you get one, I'll keep my fingers crossed that you manage to get Pompompurin above the rest.
